Is "A Prayer to Mary" Biblical?

Definitely, yes!  It is biblical. It is a combined words of Archangel Gabriel, the God's messenger (Luke 1:28), of Elizabeth, the mother of John the Baptist who was filled with the Holy Spirit (Luke 1:42), and from us who call Mother Mary the blessed one (Luke 1:48).

The "Hail Mary" is one of the most beautiful prayers in the world. It is our very powerful petition for our mother to pray for us always, especially at the hour of our death, when satan will make his most powerful attempt to deceive us one last time. It is a prayer which determines us Catholic believers that we are on the side of the woman (Virgin Mary) and not on the side of the serpent (Satan) as mentioned in the book of Genesis (3:15).
